PPS CF

PPS CF is a polyphenylensulfide reinforced with 15% carbon fiber directly inside the filament.

Additive carbon fiber is more resistant than natural PPS. Light and versatile in printing, does not deform.

It is an ultra-performing filament that approaches as mechanical and metal-tactile. It fits most commercial printers that adopt the FFF and FDM technology.

Easy to print even with open chamber. Be careful to maintain the temperature high extrusion and use a steel extrusion nozzle like Widia. None teflon surface.

PPS CF Tips & Tricks

PPS CF is a polyphenylene carbon fiber reinforced developed for 3D printing and to obtain best results we recommend pre drying the filaments at 120° for 4-6 h.
Increase drying time for spools up 1 kg.
Don’t leave the filament stopped inside the nozzle more than 20 min. If that down the temperature under 230°, better stop the thermal control.
