Polyamide, top class industrial application

The most technical polymer applicate in industry based on polyamide 6.6 to obtain functional components.
High resistance to fatigue, functionally guaranteed.

Super charged carbon fiber. Low influence from moisture.

Metal replacement is real, no others polymers in 3D printing can reproduce the same high modulus, high working temperature and high stress resistance.

Polyamide glass sphere, stiffens for electric applications

Same base of PAHT natural added with glass sphere. In 3d print we say sphere are better than short glass fibre easy to print with all printers.

PAHP Tips & Tricks

0.4 mm is the mininum diameter of the nozzle with carbon fibers reinforced. Carbon fibers are abrasive, we suggest to use a nozzle in hardened or tempered metal, like Widia, or wear resistance internal surface, like ceramics or other. NO tefloned surface!
